locker quest

Any recommendations for purchasing a limited slip for a 31spline ford 8.8. rearend. want to remain decent on the street but with some muddin capability. Also, any problems with added stress on previosley unlocked rearend components.

I had powertrax on my old Bronco. They were FABULOUS!!!! Almost anyone sells them. Summit, Jegs, etc.... About $350 or so I think.

I have the factory L/S on my F-150

I put a Powertrax L/S in mine (same setup) and am very pleased! No more spinning one wheel at lights and going around corners. Does chirp and jerk just a little when turning sharp and accelerating briskly, but nothing like a true locker.
