2003 Ford F150 Lariat SuperCrew 4x4 5.4L 4R70W unique loss of 3-4 gears

2003 Ford F150 Lariat SuperCrew 4x4 5.4L 4R70W unique loss of 3-4 gears.

I lost my 3-4 gears and now while in OD it neutrals when trying to Shift to 3rd, with OD OFF- it remains in 2nd gear w/ no engine braking. When in 1 it stays in 1 in 2 it starts and stays in 2 both with engine braking. My questions are:
  1. is it at all possible that it is something(anything) other than my Forward/Direct drum?
  2. Should I check the Servos, Accumulators, Solenoids etc?
  3. Would a TransGo shift kit help or is it a waste of money and time?
Facts and Symptoms:
  1. Neutral in 3rd wont shift to 4th.
  2. No noises or grinding or anything noticeable, it just went out.
  3. Have 60k on rebuilt tranny 3yrs 6 Mo ago that has never been driven hard has always been maintained and doesn't tow anything.
  4. Fluid level and color/smell is like new.
  5. Had DTC Codes flash all within 10days.
P0401-(was 1st & frequent in 10 days) EGR Flow Insufficient detected. This was frequently shown in the 10days of codes.
P0402-EGR Flow Excessive.
P1401-DPFE Sensor Circuit High Voltage Detected.
P0441-Evaporative Emissions Control System Incorrect Purge.
P0481-Cooling Fan 2 Control Circuit Fault.
C0401-Chasis SAE Aux Emissions Control Fault (EVAP).
P0010- (was also a frequently repeated code) Intake Camshaft Position 'A' Actuator Circuit Open Bank 1.
P0501-Vehicle Speed Sensor 'A' Range/Performance.
P0601-Control Module RAM or ROM check-sum error.
P2802-Transmission Range Sensor 'B' Circuit Low.
P0757-Transmission Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/3-2 Shift Solenoid.
P0C01-AT Transmission 3-4 Shift Solenoid & 'B' Actuator Malfunction or Low Input Signal/Powertrain Crankshaft Position Sensor 'A' Circuit Low Input.
P0802-Transmission Control Module MIL Request Circuit.
P0004-Fuel Volume Regulator Control Circuit High.
P0800-Transfer Case Control System (MIL Request).

Cleaned out EGR Valve and Vacuum Lines and reset ECM, Scanned again and Not one Code has been shown. It's been over a month.

Please give me another option besides a full rebuild or atleast some hope that it's something simpler that I can diagnose first! Thanks guys.

Maybe Mark will chime in, but I have a feeling you will need to pull it.
