What type of transmission fluid does my 2005 F150 5.4 XLT 4x4 take?

can I use Instant Shudder Fixx in my 2005 F150 5.4 XLT 4x4?

Why do you want to use that stuff? What are your exact symptoms? If it's "shuddering" under light throttle right after shifting into overdrive around 40 mph, it's a lot more likely you have a low grade misfire. This would be fixed with new spark plugs and possibly one or more coils.

You might have nothing wrong with the transmission. It might be a low grade misfire or something wrong with the VCT.

I would check that before putting weird stuff in the transmission.
