1995 f150 2wd 302 4r70w help

I have a 95 f150 302 and 2wd 4r70w transmission. It has reverse but nothing else. Any idea what I need to about this to fix it. I am mechanically inclined just not with transmissions.

You need to rebuild or replace the transmission. Sorry, but there is no easy fix for this.
