2017 F150 3.5 Screw with 10sp Transmission

Hi all,
2017 F150 XLTFX4 3.5 Ecoboost with the exact same issue as F150dude09:
2017 F150 with 3.5 and 10 speed trans with just over 2000 miles. When vehicle is started it seems to lurch forward. Sometimes more noticeable than others. Hard to describe it may feel like a bump or thump just as the tach reaches 1000 rpm. Goes away after startup...

Mine started in November when the weather became colder on Vancouver Island. I have about 7000K on my truck.
To top it all off my Sync/Fordpass won't authorize since the new Sync 3 update and app update. Vehicle won't remote start, lock, unlock, etc with phone app.
I'm not the only one with this issue...

As well there is a bulletin out for a trans cable clip.
https://media.ford.com/content/fordm...y-recalls.html
Strange the recall wouldn't cover my truck as it was built June 11/2017 at Kansas City Assembly Plant which falls in the date range of the recall other than being a 2017 rather than 2018 model.
Other than this I love the truck but this isn't "normal operation"
I'm mechanically, computer and electrically competent and have tried all the online and service call fixes for sync with no luck. Service appointment is booked.
Has anyone else had these issues and I'd especially like to know what the trans fix was.
Thanks in advance.

To follow up the truck was at the dealership which involved a software update on the transmission. I was loaned a 2018 XLT with 2.7 screw and 10spd. It seems the small bump can be a characteristic of the trans as I felt it in the 2018 as well.
It would be interesting to know what mechanically is going on as I pick up any abnormal feeling after spending half my life working on commercial fishing vessels and having to maintain electrical, electronic, hydraulic and mechanical equipment...
If a person had to describe the feeling it's like the emergency brake on, and the trans being shifted from park into gear then back into park. The software update did improve the shifting slightly(slightly less harsh shifts). Almost like to torque converter lockup is "lighter" if this makes sense.
If you start the truck in neutral it acts like any other trans...
The Fordpass issue is still there with the activation pending with hanging with no acknowledgement through Sync 3 so the truck is going back to have TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN 17-2227 performed. This is a documented issue https://www.f150forum.com/f118/2018-...96635/index17/
Any luck with yours?
