I don't know about them, but presence on google means exactly nothing other than that they have invested in making you think what you said there. There are and have been several companies that can invest that way and who definitely shouldn't be doing what they do because of the aftermath they leave.
Same for Amazon. It's cheap advertising to buy back your own product for a "verified purchase" review. Same for Ebay.
So I'm going to tell you that looking for "presence" or listening to reviews of those who are just keyboard jockeying is not the way to go. All of what I see from them appears to be this. I can't find any meat.
But, that doesn't mean anything either.

Now I'm not sure where you are located, but Professional Transmission is local to me. I have done lots of business with them before and recommended them.

At least I can vouch for them. They do a great job and they are reasonable.
Their shop is very nice too as I've toured it.
Transmissions are very shippable, so as long as you know of a good shop, you can do business with them remotely. Most of Professional's orders are all over the US of A.

they warranty program sucks!!
God help you if you need warranty work done. I bought a transmission for my 91 f150 in August and already need a new one. Unfortunately, I am being quoted a $50 an hour labor rate and they won't cover the total hours needed for the new install. This will leave me on the hook for $630.00. My advice by your transmission somewhere else.
