Terrible shaking in cab / 2006 V8 Triton

I recently purchased this truck (3 weeks).
Developed in just days a awful shaking.
I replaced rear brake, rotors and shoes. New balanced driveshaft with new center bearing.
The truck shakes still.

I took it to a garage across from my work and they checked it out.
There telling me it's the transmission or even possibly the motor!
This truck runs AWSOME, but developed this shaking in just days of purchasing.

The technician who checked out the truck says it was a dead giveaway to him.
He put the truck in park and revved the motor, the motor stated shaking, all the while the motor sounded great. Steady tachometer.

Can someone please tell me if he is indeed correct, and what this repair consist of, labor and cost?

Thank you for any input on this problem.
Bill

What did the tech say was causing it besides just the engine? Did he have any idea?

Is this essentially the same issue you already posted about? You have replies and haven't followed up.

If it vibrates in Park, I'd hook up a scanner that can read real time data to make sure it's not just misfiring.

He did not narrow it down.
But he did seem very confident this vibration was not from any of the drive train.

Yes, same issue. Except the truck feels it's getting worse by the day?

Well, you need to do that. If it's not misfiring, you have a problem with something rotating between the harmonic balancer and flex plate.

Not sure what kind of shaking you are experiencing but the other day after towing an empty two wheel trailer three hundred miles when I got off the interstate and took off from the top of the ramp mine shook like I was driving across rumble bars. The vibration quit when I hit the tow/haul button, tried it again at the next stop light and same thing. Got home and drove it the next day, no issues since.
