uncommon transmission
i have a 1989 ford f150 4x4 with the 5.0L v8 and i have been researching for the last couple weeks looking to buy a transmission for my truck. Ford motor company calls for a T18 borgwarnar 4 speed or the m50d 5 speed transmission. my transmission is a 4 speed but is not the transmision i have found. My trans is manual and all i need is a 4 speed shifter plate and i cannot find one anywhere. the code on the side is e9ta ba 620142
