Cracked Bellhousing?

Hi everyone. here is a picture of my bell housing from the inside. It looks like it has a lot of cracks. I didn't drop it or have any major issues removing it.
Has anyone seen anything like this?

Yeah, years ago when my buddies and I did a lot of engine swaps we saw that occasionally and always chalked it up to casting defects. Over time they will get oil and grease in them and they look real bad but we re-used them and never had a housing fail.

Can you see any of them from the exterior of the housing? Do they go all the way to the mating surface and are visible there on the machined surface? I never saw one that did is why I ask.

Thanks
I see some on the exterior but can't say they are the same cracks i see on the inside.

No, I do not see any cracks in the mating surface or machined area where the pistons go.
