I have a 1998 F 150 4 by 4. I ordered a new transfer case electric shift motor and when I received it and took the old motor off the old motor has a brown wire that runs to the back of the transmission that is wired into the same plug-in that runs the electric motor. The new motor doesn't have a place for that a brown wire what does it do?
