2010 F150 transmission overheating

My 2010 F150 XLT transmission is overheating after I drive about 9 plus miles. My transmission shifts perfectly fine and no sensor lights on my dash come on. I took it into the shop and they drained the transmission and coolers and put in new fluid and still the same problem.. now the auto shop is saying I need a new transmission..

Any ideas??

Thanks!!

I would go get a second opinion - a dealer or a good reputable transmission shop.

If they didn't use Mercon LV fluid, they put the wrong fluid in.
