will 4r100 swap with 4r70 in my 01

Can I do this swap without changing programing? I have diablo sport delta chip, lightning supercharger in my 01supercrew 4x4.

No, you cannot. 4R70W programming will not operate a 4R100.

Shop Ebay for a Lightning ECM. Then with some tuning, it will work both for your supercharged engine and the Lightning's 4r100.
