Won't go in reverse.

I've got a 1993 Ford F150 I6 4x4 that won't go into reverse. It was giving me trouble before, and now it won't go at all. I've never worked on a transmission before, but I want to fix it myself. Any suggestions? Thanks!

5 Speed with OD, I'm assuming it's a m5r2.

Will it go into all other gears easily? Does the stick feel sloppy?

Yes. It will go into all other gears and the stick does feel sloppy!
