I just installed a new jasper 4r75w tranny in 08 f150. After installing drove off fine in first as soon as shifting went into a bog and wrench light and o/d light started flashing. also speedometer doesnt work I was trrying to save money because I dont have much anyway. Did code search and came back p0720 and p060somethingc . I used a ratchet to tap both the sensors into new tranny also new oring didnt fit well on one of the sensors. Could this have damaged them? It is a 4wd.

 

Best case scenario: this is a long shot but I have a 96 4x4 and every now and then I blow a fuse after being in 4x4. It kills my electronic shift control, odometer and speedometer, along with a few other little things. Check your fuses to eliminate a really simple fix
