2008 shifting problem

Hello all, I have a 2008 F150 Screw 4x4. When under slow acceleration, as in town driving, when it hits 28mph and goes to shift, the rpm's jump, it quits pulling and then shifts hard to the next gear. It doesn't do it under normal or hard acceleration, and only at that speed/gear it's shifting to. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated. Truck has 54,200 miles on it and fluid level is fine.

Thanks!

Hopefully someone can get an answer for you on this. I've got an '08 Scab 4x4 and it's doing the same thing in town at 25-28mph. Truck goes to shift, RPMs jump up by 800-1000, then drop back to normal. Mine kind of switches between a hard downshift, and a slip in the tranny. Already had it at the dealer, and fluid level is fine, and they "say" there's nothing wrong with the tranny. They just flashed my PCM and TCM and called it a day (after about 4 days at the dealer), told me to bring it back when my tranny breaks.

I have an 08 Screw with the same problem. I'm not feeling any slippage or seeing any rpm change, just a very hard shift around 25-30 MPH when completely off throttle or slighty on throttle. During full throttle no problems.

I had the PCM reflashed before I hit 36K in Jun 09. They said it was a problem they were seeing but the only remedy was to change the calibration, and they weren't issuing a recall only fixing those trucks where owners complained. The problem was gone for a short period of time but has been back for most of the 95K that are currently on the truck.
