O/D Down shift issue

I recently had my trans rebuilt about 3k miles ago and now I am having an issue with O/D when I down shift. It is an 04 F150 with the 4R75 with a trans go shiftkit installed to where I can bark a 2nd gear shift under 3/4 throttle. What is happening is when I am on the freeway cruising at 70mph I hit the O/D button and nail it to make a run but what happens is the trans revs up and bounces off the rev limiter until I let off the throttle completley then it down shifts completley. Before the trans failed I could hit the O/D button and nail it with no issues. Also it will do this when I apply the throttle to pass someone enough to have lock up disengage then O/D will down shift then rev up and kind of repeat this until I turn of the O/D. I also notice that when ever there is any throttle applied when turning off the O/D it takes a while for it to completley down shift, but if there is no throttle applied the O/D will down shift immedatly. Up shifting there is no issues. Does anybody have an idea what this is? Could the O/D solenoid be acting up?
