no reverse

got into my 2005 f150 tryed to back up heard a pop then no reverse runs great shifts smooth in every other gear just no reverse please help !!!!

This is what happened to me. It was the low/reverse band.

how much did it run u to get that repaired ?

I found a guy who does it for $350 labor plus parts to rebuild my 4r75e in the truck. But most shops were asking anywhere from $1800 to $2700. Look around on craigslist, just make sure they know what they are doing..
