Some of you have read my previous posts regarding my '93 F-150 4X4, 5.8L/E4OD issues. The engine's getting rebuilt as I write this.

My new question is, if I must replace the tranny, even with a used one, what's the best option? Will any E4OD 4X4 trans work for me? The later model year, the better, I assume, because of the HD upgrades. What E4OD should I NOT use?
