e4od trans help

Exclamation e4od trans help

i got a used e4od trans off line it does not go into first but does second and third. i just rebuilt the engine so it is fine. could the trans filter of falling off or if any one knows any other things that go wrong with it please need any and all help

The problem is......it's an E4OD.
I replaced the E4OD in my 94 F150 2WD 5 times before I finally said no more.:o

damn my e4od is still goin strong w/ 185k

Dangg....- I wonder why? I have 262,000 miles on my orginal E4OD.

I have an e40d in my f150 that just flipped to 368k and it still shifts fine.....IF well maintained they will go forever im convinced
