OSS difference between 2000 and 2001

Oss and vss codes showing up on forscan, saying open circuit. I put a 2000 4r70 in a 2001 everything matched except the oss plug. Is there a way to fix this without changing the transmission again? There is a speed sensor on the transfer case, the wiring harness won't swap from the old truck, (and I have to fix it too). This thing is driving me crazy.

Clifford the big red ford.

Okay so I swapped the transmission out for the correct year, still getting the same damn codes, now it has added a few more gem codes. Still won't go into overdrive, and now the od light is blinking. Help with any logical solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Read the codes with a scanner that can read Ford transmission codes. Forscan should be able to do it. Post all your current codes.
