90 f150 351 W with a e4od

when i floor it the rpms barely get above 3 grand when it shifts it seems lazy kinda

now the trucks been sitting for quite awhile and i never got the tranny to heat up alot (just a quick drive)

iv been reading up is there something electronic that i have to clean or is it shifting kinda weird cause its been sitting for awhile?
