If your truck is a 4x2 get a t-56 from a Dodge Ram SRT10. Use the bellhousing flywheel and clutch from a Cobra and go to town. The pedals from a 2005 F-150 V6 5 speed should fit. You will need a custom tune to take care of the missing automatic tranny.

By any chance... do you really have a 5 speed in that 5.4l? How does it drive?

Yes, I really do have a 5.4 and a 5 speed. It runs like a raped ape.

It started life as a 4.6 5speed. A few years ago I had the opportunity to get a 5.4 cheap so I pulled the 4.6 and installed the 5.4.

Man, I would love to have a 5spd in my 5.4. I hate this auto especially when towing.
