will a zf trans bolt up to a 300 I6 in a 93 f150? the idea is to somehow mount a 10kw generator head from harbor freight and use the pto on the zf to turn it.

According to this thread, a ZF will bolt up to all the small blocks.

As long as it didn't come from a 460 or diesel.

The ZF doesn't actually have a PTO. It has 2 PTO plates, which can be removed to mount PTOs. I'm just pointing out that you have to buy the PTO(s) in addition to the transmission & generator.

You should also know that most BW1356s that were mounted behind diesels also have a PTO plate (#38), and that would be a quicker & cheaper swap, if it fits your intended use.
