4R70W Problem!!!

Went offroading, jumped my truck...and did this...

to me it looks like the output shaft, tail housing, and yoke...but then again im no tranny guru...please help!! advice?? prices??

Ouch,new transmission time maybe driveshaft as well. Better save up a couple gran.

found out today...going to cost around 3 grand...

question...will a transmission out of a thunderbird (4.6) bolt up to a f150 4.6?

3 gran? I can get it done cheaper than that. The thunderbird transmission will bolt up, but we use the thunderbird transmissions for paperweights and buy latermodel transmissions for core to build transmissions for thunderbirds. The thunderbird transmission will also have a different wiring harness internally and all different electronics so they'd have to be changed not to mention the lever and mlps. In this case probably the oss as well.

could you help me out? i found someone selling a transmission out of a tbird...so i thought maybe i would take that route??
