I have an 1995F150 excab 2wd with 5.8 and E4OD. Problem is the transmission shudders at the point of feathering the accelarator (no load) when I accelarate fast no shudder. I have heard filter&fluid, torque converter, Ford adjusted tranny pressure, ...!!! Anybody have any hard knowledge?

 

It is either the converter or an engine miss. There were known problems with the lockup pistons inside those converters that did not get revised until 97.
