60-65mph vibration problem

Please help,

I have a vibration in the floor/and what feels like a loss of power when accelerating from 55 and climbing to 70mph. I feel the vibration in the floorboards of the driver seat and this begins @ about 60mph and ends @65mph. I have had the wheels balance checked and they are fine, also the vibration is not in the steering wheel at all. It all seems to be in the drive.

Either that or the Od band is slipping. Most likely it is converter shudder. try changing the fluid with mercon V and installing a cooler. That should solve the problem if it is not real bad. If you have over 100k replace the plugs and wires first. I asume you have the 4r70w transmission.
