e4od problem

just bought a 92 f150 4x4, trans makes a grinding sound in 1st and 2nd but when it goes into 3rd and o/d it quiets down. any suggestions. thanks mark

boy sure glad i joined this site !

thinking this was a f150 site i figured someone would have some insight on this. guess no one has a problem with there e4od. thanks alot.

I can't give you a direct answer on the problem so I didn't answer.
Transmission is going to have to be dissasembled.

Don't be a jerkwad, Fox...Just because nobody can give you this FREE info, doesn't mean nobody cares. It means Nobodoy KNOWS the answer to your problem. If your still not satesfied, take your problem elsewhere.
