I purchaced a used F150 XLT, Auto trans, 114,000 miles
I doubt that the previous owner changed the transmission fluid or filter.
the tranny shifts properly.
Should I just replace the fluid and filter or have the tranny flushed and adjusted?

Just change the fluid and filter, don't wake the dead! And DIY save money and have it done right.
