Hey everyone. I was just checking out the Hurst website and they have a shifter listed for our trucks with a 5spd. now. Part number is 3915026. I didn't know this till today so heads up for anyone else that didn't. Has anyone tried it yet?

 

I have checked Hurst's web site and I can't find where it says they have a shifter for '97 and up F150's. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong spot!!!

 

I've had one ordered for more than a month now. I hope they ship before the snow flies!

Has any one used one of these shifters? Will it smooth out the shift any or just make the throw shorter? I'm considering ordering one but I would like to hear others opinions first. BTW, the websites lists them for models years up to 2002. I'm assuming it will work on my 2003.
