HELP - FactoryTech

Anybody know how to get hold of Gregg - other than e-mail? We installed one of his kits on my truck last night and have some big problems. Please have him check his e-mail or call me ASAP. Thanks!

What's your problem? Do you have an email address or anything? I can't PM you but I have his number.

Let's just say the truck is parked and several forward gears are MIA. Can you drop me his number? You can try e-mailing me at work at:

thomas.warda@kodak.com

You can also call me at (585) 722-7708

Thanks!

Was your problem that the big valve that connects ot the gear that the shift moves was not in the notch i nthe valve, and when you went to shift it, you have no 1st and 2nd. This is just a guess, but when I sis mine, I did this at first and realized my mistakes, since TransGo has bad tech support.

Not sure what the problem is, but I am sure that's not it. As usual, Gregg's right on top of things and has parts in the air as we speak. We'll put the new stuff in tomorrow afternoon and see.
