2015 F-150 Trailer Disconnect Light
I have a 2015 3.5 Ecoboost and tow a 20 ft. camper. Since the first day I started towing, the "trailer disconnect " light illuminated on the dash. I stopped and checked the truck and trailer connection which appeared to be appropriately connected.
There is not any repetitive sequence, as it sometimes comes on traveling on flat smooth roads and not on bumpy roads.
Has anyone experienced this when they tow and can offer a solution?

More than likely it is the wiring on your brakes.
I know on my Tekonsha P3, it will show trailer disconnected if I tow a trailer that needs a new wiring job or if the connector is loose.
You might want to check the connector that is on the trailer and the connector on the truck before going further.
