My 2017 f150 the sync options i cannot click on in the menu on the system no buttons redirect me away from the radio screen and the steering wheel controls do not work tried pulling the fuse and battery cable and still have not worked any opinions?

I believe so its only got 20k on it its a company truck but sync is useful with how much i drive

 

I'd take it in an have it serviced. It shouldn't be doing that.
