Lowering with Nerf Bars

I am wanting to lower my 99 Reg. Cab Flareside with either a 3/4 or a 2/4 drop. I currently have the factory mud flaps front and rear with some aftermarket chrome nerf bars. Do you guys think the truck will look right being lowered with the flaps and nerf bars or should I remove and sell the nerf bars? A 3 front drop is gonna put it down pretty close to the flaps, and I don't want to miss them up going over speed bumps.

I still have my mudflaps on and don't have to much trouble with them. They sometimes scrap over extreme speedbumps or if you take them to quickly. But I'll probably take them off this spring after the rainy season ends. As for the nerf bars I don't know if it will look all that great, but you can always take them off if you don't like them after you lower it.
