Doing ball joints - what else should I consider?
I'm going to be replacing upper and lower ball joints on my 2004 screw. Should I automatically do tie rod ends or anything else while I'm at it? I believe its all original.
Thanks! |
I would since you are working there.
Remember: Get OEM or minimally MOOG Professional Problem-Solving CK series parts. |
Check the tie rod ends for play. If they are tight, no need to replace. Inspect the sway bar bushings and replace if necessary.

inner tie rods go out before the outers do
