Broken Strut / Lift kit?

Hello all looking for some feedback need to know a few things.
1.Front Strut replacement on a 04 F-150 4x4 is this something I can do in my driveway without air tools?
2.Do I have a lift kit installed ? Hard for me to tell so feedback is welcome.

See photos
This is a 2004 F-150 4x4

You can do this without air tools. However to replace the strut you need a spring compressor.

Before I got my shop all lined up, I didn't have a good compressor. Yup, you bet, I used to do everything the old fashioned way, with some big 'ole breaker bars. Now I got huge compressor and I still sometimes get lazy and get the breaker bar out to break stuff loose now and again.
