2000 F150 Stuck Upper Ball Joint

Im using everything I got on this thing and it wont budge. Aftermarket spindle is too damn tight! Im using a pitman arm puller on it right now and also tried spraying compressed air on the ball joint bolt with the can turned upside down to pretty much supercool the damn thing. It gets real cold trust me. Castle nut on bolt to align puller. No budging yet. Has anyone else had this much problem? Do I have to cut it out?

The upper control arm has to be replaced. The factory ball joints are not removable. When you replace it, get the aftermarket control arms with removable ball joints. They are not expensive.

They're already aftermarket arms with bolt in ball joints. I cant believe that it was ok to install but will not come out. I do think that I had to tighten the nut twice to force the ball joint into the spindle. Maybe its too tight of a ball joint? Fabtech spindle with Ford ball joint.
