Hi guys! I have an 02 supercrew 4x4 that is making a weird sound I can't ID. There is a single loud clicking sound coming from the front end and I cant tell where it's coming from. I lifted the wheels but the bearings seem to be tight. I am suspecting it is a CV joint as one boot is damaged for some odd reason. The sound occurs once every tire rotation, In forward & straight ahead but not in reverse or when I make a hard right at speed (interstate off-ramp) what could this possibly be? A CV or possibly something else?
