3" rear blocks and axle wrap?

Recently added 3" rear blocks. Replaced the U bolts and torqued to 90 lb/ft and re torqued after 500 miles. I drive 90% highway 10% city, never off-road or even dirt roads. I have the 4.2 with a 5 speed, so I'm not sending a ton of power to the rear anyway.

Should I expect any issues?

At the risk of sounding overly verbose - No.

Nope! I've got 5" blocks with my lift, the 5.4, drive my truck pretty hard, and I've yet to experience any axle wrap.
