Add 1 inch leveling kit to 6 inch BDS lift. Will it work?
Hey guys, I'm new to F150online Forum
I have a 2013 FX4 screw with 6 inch BDS suspension lift. I'm running 35s and 20 inch rockstar series II (offset -12), it rubs quite a bit at full lock. If i add 1 inch leveling kit to the front, will it fix this problem? The store that my truck get lifted and BDS keep telling me that it's not good to put that 1 inch leveling kit on. But they cannot come up with the way to fix the problem either! Any suggestions here? Thanks in advance!
PS: my truck look pretty low compare to other truck with 6 inch BDS lift. Any recommendation?

You can add up to 2" more and still be within acceptable angles. But depending on how wide the wheels and tires are and where it's rubbing at, it still may not fix your problem.
But if you have the 6" kit with the 6" spacer, you'll need to get a set of leveling struts such as the bilsteins or ranchos to replace your stock height ones. If you have it with a 6" coilover then you can add a 2" spacer on top. Just don't stack spacers.
