If that's the case and it has no spacers someone might have thrown in the 6" lift coils from one of the old discontinued kits. I'm leaning more towards it being the procomp kit because it doesn't have fabtech stamped across the front of the crossmember. On the opposite side going from the frame to about the bolt on the lower control arm is there like a tube running there?

It's page 9 on here to get a better idea of what I'm talking about.

Yeah, That looks like the pro comp front crossmember. The coil springs look like they are buckling out. It's hard to tell if those are spacers in there or just isolators, but they look bigger than the factory isolators. Those also look like the old 6" springs pro comp use to offer in the kits. If so, even with the drop crossmember those are probably still too much.

Any idea where the part # on the springs could be?

Also, that has to be an aftermarket spindle. The drop from the upper Bj to the spindle stud looks to long and more solid and boxed than the factory ones.

If it is still there, it would probably be almost impossible to read now. I think on my springtechs they were printed on one of the first coils.

There is a guy on another forum saying these are aftermarket spindles also....is there some way for me tell for sure? If these are the lift spindles could I just put some stock springs on and would that help the angle of the UCA? Thanks!!

You could put on stock springs but you'd probably have to take off that lower crossmember also to get the angles right.

Before throwing any money at it, take whatever they are (isolators or spacers) off and see what your angles look like. From there we can steer you to a more precise method of fixing your issue, if you still even have one after that.

As for switching to stock springs, I wouldn't do that. With the drop crossmember, your angles will probably still be the same, just the opposite way.

I agree in trying what buxton is saying. And that is absolutely the pro comp 6'' lift. i knew it as soon as i saw the spindles. Your issue is having to long of a spring either to big of a spacer or the spring itself is to long. If you have a spacer on the bottom take it out along with the isolator on top.

I would also like to add that your angles are similar to mine when i had my stock control arms with a 3'' spacer on my fabtech. Note i now have the doeschtech upper arms with ball joint spacers and i was even able to add 1 more inch to the 3'' spacer and have my upper arm at stock angle.

So the doeschtech upper will solve your issue if you want to keep the lift. But they are costly. I got mine from canuck and they are awesome.

Here is a pic of my angles before the doeschtech uppers

Well i found a part # on the spindle (20-52297-3d) and the description I found for it says "RCD 2002 f150 2wd left front drivers side spindle for 6in lift" so it sounds like these are the correct spindles. The only thing that really leaves now it sounds like is the springs or spacers on the springs. This weekend I'll pull the springs off and look for any numbers on it and see if there are any spacers while it's out since I can't tell by looking at it if there are any spacers or not.

Quick question - should there be any kind of a rubber padding/spacer at the bottom of the spring where it sits in the LCA? Would that be the lift spacer?

There shouldn't be anything. So that could be that spacer like I was originally trying to say.

Should I reinstall the stock insulator on the top of the spring?? I've searched but everyone seems pretty mixed about it.
