Yea the spindles look factory to me, so now we just need to figure out what exactly is crammed up front with the coil springs. The aftermarket control arms will put your angles back to stock at 3", and can still give somewhat decent angles at 4-4.5" of just lift with springs/spacers. But I wouldn't go over that. Your running 35's that are an a/t, so if I had to guess you have like 5.5-6" up front.

So if you wanna keep the 35's you'll need to order spindles and control arms, but for about that same price you can just order a new 6.5" kit.

Otherwise you'll need to pull the spacer and drop to somewhere around 33's and still get the aftermarket arms.

If that's the case then I will probably drop to just a few inches lift and add some 31's (or 33's) since it needs new tires anyways. I should be able to use factory control arms then right? What would I need to do to to lower the front down? Thanks for your help!

You'll still need aftermarket arms unless you drop it to stock height, in which case you'll need a set of factory v6 coils (or you can get v8 coils if you want like an inch of lift). There's at least 2-3" of lift in those coils which is right past the amount the stock arms want.

To lower it down you'll need to pull the spacer out from under the coil spring and then it's up to you what you decide to do with the coil springs. And of course you'll need to take the block out the back too so it's not obnoxiously high back there ha.

Would the arms need to be adjustable, exteded or something else? I've been looking but haven't really had any luck.

Springtech, Canuck motorsports, doestch, fabtech, and I think there's some other brands that make them too.

Scroll to the 97-03 section and you'll see all the stuff that's available including the control arms.

What if I put some stock coils and kept the spacer on there and put smaller blocks in the back? Would that be good with the stock control arms?

It possibly could, it possibly couldn't without knowing how much lift is from the spacer and how much is from the coils, it's hard to say.

Is this a stock crossmember that the LCA's are bolted to?

id just get rid of the spacers first and see how it will align. if that doesnt work then u need to go lower by getting stock springs and then possibly use the spacer..? can you measure how tall the spacers are? That will tell you how much lift they are

your upper control arm is maxed out. If you want to try and keep the same height try going with aftermarket ca first.

The thickness of the spacer is less than the amount of lift it gives.

Have you looked over that lower crossmember to see if you can possibly find a manufacturer stamped on it?

I did the other day but couldn't find anything. I plan to look again tonight since the weather warmed up some. So that isn't OEM?

Nope not oem, it kinda looks like the fabtech 7.5" crossmember.

Or better yet the procomp one:

And you said the front track width isn't wider than the back right?

Right, but I'm going to double check tonight when I get off work. Also, it doesn't appear to have any coil spacers. Seems like it is that Fabtech kit minus the spindles..
