6" Procomp Stage 1 wanting more lift.

I am currently running a 2006 F150 with a 6" procomp stage 1 lift. I have 35" tires and am planning to re-gear soon. I want to add another 2" lift to reach 8" total and fit 37" tires. I have been reading everywhere that Bilstein 5100's will lift the front 2 more inches. Will these work to clear 37" tires and help reach 8" of lift or should I look more into a body lift?

yes it will work fine i would suggest the bilstein 5100s made for trucks with a 4-6" lift and then adding a 2"spacer, (this will remove the giant 6" spacer)
i would not suggest stacking spacers or buying the adj 5100s for 0-2" lift and cranking them the full 2"...

If money isn't an issue, install the optional Pro Comp MX6 coilovers and crank up the preload to get another two inches of lift.

pro comp makes a 5.5" block you could swap in to get rid of the stacked blocks

Anyone know where the Bilsteins for 4-6" lifts can be purchased? I looked on the Shock Warehouse website and Suspension Conn. but couldnt seem to find them. 4 wheel parts has a $299 special for 4 Bilstein shocks, but not sure if those are the correct shocks.

When you already have 35s with a leveling kit and you take that off to install a 6" lift, it just doesn't seem like its that much bigger. I can see why you are tempted to go higher. Half of the guys at work didn't notice mine was lifted until we went to lunch and they had to jump up to get in it.

Haha yeah I hate it after it's been lifted for a while and you get used to it and it doesn't look as tall as it used to anymore. Drives me crazy!

I put my 1.5" spacer back on yesterday and ordered some 2 inch shackles for the rear.
