Would this Work?

I have a 04 F-150 Supercrew 2wd and already have a 2.5" leveling kit on it. I would like alittle more height. Would the Performance Accessories 3" body kit that I have read about on here do that for me. Or would it just be a waste of money? I wanna run some 285/70/17 or 295/70/17 with out any rubbing or extra strain on my cv and ball joint. Thanks!

The body lift won't effect ball joint or cv angles at all since it doesn't invovle the suspension. However I'm not sure of tire size clearance but I'm sure someone else on here can help you!

Yes, a body lift is a great idea and you will be able to fit 33's easily. Even 35's with the right wheel.
