radius arm bracket

What is the proper method to fasten new radius arm brackets on a 1995 f150 4 x 4. (drill and bolt thru?)

thats how ive always done them, use grade 8 bolts, and id replace the bushings while your at it, theyre only a couple bucks

Thanks man...I've already done the bushings like 3 years ago (urethane) This New England weather just ate my passenger bracket! New ones on the way.
