Chances are probably it will rub, also depends on how big of a leveling kit you get, I've heard don't go any bigger than 33's, I have a leveled 2wd with 33's and it doesn't rub at all so eventually I am going to try to fit 35's and see how much cutting it needs....but just go with an aggressive 33 and it will look good...

I have an 08 4wd with the AS 2.5" (linked below), 35x12.50x18 BFG MT's on the stock rims with no rubbing....if that helps. I have no experience with 2wd's on what fits and what hits. If you get aftermarket rims and bigger tires with just a levelling kit, you really need to pay attention to the backspacing of the new rims in order to prevent/minimize rubbing.

Here is a link to an Autospring 2.5" levelling kit for your truck and they advertise that you can fit up to 35's on stock rims. Good luck!

4x2's sit about 2 inches lower than 4x4's.
Just stick with 33's and you will be fine.

You wont be able to run 35'" with that 2.5" spacer. I just helped by friend install a Pro Comp 2.5 on his 2008 4x4, we put 35x12.5x18 and had to trim the front valance a little bit and then he had no rubbing issues. And like WANDELL said your 2x4 will sit lower than a 4x4. I would run a 33x12.5x18 should look great! Good Luck
