Someone Check These Bilstein HD's for Me!!

My dad just got a set of shocks for his truck. They should be the right ones obviously, but I'd just like to double check and make sure. Was glad to just find someone that simply had them in stock.

Anyone using these now? Did they retain exactly stock ride height in the front??
