leveling kit to roll on 33's

I'm thinking about installing a leveling kit so I can roll on 33's. Any suggestions on what kind of kit to use? I would like to retain as much of the factory steering/handling characteristics as possible. Also, My truck has stock 3.73 gears. Should I change this to account for the larger tires? If so, what gear?? Appreicate any input.:beers:

nope, youll be fine on the gears. get eiter a 2 or 2.5" autospring leveling kit. the majority of guys here run that kit including myself. it wont change your ride at all. what does change the ride quality is the type of tires you run and the psi in them. the kit will run you like 68$ shipped from ebay.

I have a 2" AS leveling kit with 3.73 gears and I'm running 34" Toyo Open Country MTs... You will have no problem with the 33s...

I got a kit from CANUCK MOTORSPORTS. They sell on ebay.

Just a tip for my Canadian friends, the canuck motorsport products are in Surrey BC. Cheeper than American ones with WAY quicker shipping and no custons delays/charges!

If your truck is a 4x4 a 2" kit ought to work out great. 33's work fine with a 3.73 rear. A programmer will also help anytime you increase tire diameter. I'm running close to 34" tires on my truck with no problems and no rubbing.

I had the 2" AS spacers. I liked them at first, but I did have some issues when I turned my wheels full to one side or the other and did a uturn. It felt like something was binding and my tires would skip. I had everything checked and everything was working properly. My axles were at a bit of and angle. I just changed them to the adjustable Bilsteins and so far no issues. The binding is gone and the axles look better now. So long story short if you are close to needing new shocks, save your money on the spacers and get the Bilsteins.
