Body lift problem! I need new parts...Help?

So i managed to get every last body mount bolt out except for the very front core support pads. I broke the head off the bolt on one and the head AND the nut on the other. I tried drilling them out with a press and its just eating my bits. What should i do? Do i need to get new ones, and where?

I had a problem with the D-side one and i ended up hacking it up fairly bad... but it still works.

i cut the very tip of the cone off were the threads are and that release the bolt,

mine has been fine, really it probably would be better to buy a new one but you can tell that its cut it doesnt sit any different and im happy with it.

And does the main starter ground have to be relocated. Its hard to tell in the picture they supply what exactly it is lol. Or does it stay where its at.

i grinded off i believe 3 of the bed bolts. but you can try to heat them up and turn them.

yeah they put them in there so you cant get them out...I ended up grinding all 6 they just would not budge. And cut the clips off aswell. Did you get different washers and nuts instead of the factory clips?

I just had to do this yesterday. Clamp the stud in a vice. apply liberal amounts of heat using MAPP gas hand torch. spray with PB or other release agent and spin off metal collar.

BTW, I had to grind off all of the bed bolts. I cut a cross in each head with a cutoff wheel and used an air chisel to break off each quarter section. Finally, used a long punch and hand sledge to push the remnants of the bolts through.

The BL install was a total PITA. Would've been a piece of cake if rust wasn't an issue.
