Is there a way to keep the front tow hooks on with a 3" body lift on an 2004 FX4?

yes , dont take them off .......

i think chevy tow hooks. i saw a 06 or 07 at school that had open ended hooks that looked like some from 99+ body style. really any hook that goes straight instead of bends (likes our now) and you can put into the frame rail will work with a lil drilling.

You just have to use some imagination. I ran with no towhooks for a long time before I figured out I could use 88-98 GM towhooks on my 01.

Stock tow hook with body lift, no problem there.

i dont know how good it will look , but you can put a 2wd valence on to cover the frame horns and trim the valance abit to run the stock hooks below it
