Help! advice on 3" body lift vs. torsion keys and blocks
ok so I have a 99' f150 4.2L and im looking to lift it about 3 inches
I just helped a friend but a body lift on his ranger and it looks ok, not great.
and I recently heard about these torsion key/ block sets. I'm not sure if i really want to crank my torsion bars that much although i wouldnt mind a rougher ride, I'm just not very fond of how much of the undercarriage the body lift shows. its kind of ugly IMO. i do want 3 inches of lift though, any advice on either or?

Our trucks look great with body lifts. I'm on my third truck with a body lift and have never had a problem and would highly recommend the Performance Accessories kit.
The aftermarket torsion bar adjustment keys on the other hand have to be one of the worst accessories ever made. They allow you to put way, way too much preload on the torsion bars which destroyes your ride quality and leaves you CV and ball joints at too sever of an angle to last.
